CHANGE THE APPEARANCE OF THE KMENU

If we use the KDE Desktop Environment we can costumize kmenu as we want, in this case we would like to change the side image at kmenu, the steps are like this :

1. Open the directory /usr/share/apps/kicker/pics
2. Copy file kside.png to your working directory
3. Then edit kside.png with Gimp with your own style and save again with the same name.
4. Replace file kside.png at /usr/share/apps/kicker/pics with file that have you been edited
5. Then reboot your computer to take effects
