MoDaCo Custom ROM for Nexus One is based on the 22607 release ROM and released (together with Paul’s own optimizations) for the best possible performance!
The following is included in this first release of the ROM:

Rooted with ‘adb remount’ permission and superuser APK
MoDaCo Custom Kernel 1.0 – enabled netfilter, nfs, cifs, tun module, EXT4 and more
Added busybox 1.15.3 – tweaked such that ‘get information’ in Swapper now works as desired
Added nano 2.09 – text editor for use in shell mode
Added parted and sqlite tools
Added much more complete APN list
Added Wireless Tether
Added Titanium Backup
Removed Amazon MP3 (can be re-added manually via APK)
You can now check your MoDaCo Custom ROM (MCR) version from the about menu
Optimised using the MCR build system
