some questions;

x=must i install something on my laptop?
y=no,you only search the wifi signal sended from your htc on your pc and connect to it.
you installed the app on your windows mobile device,in this case your htc.

x=does this work on other devices then htc?
y=i dont know.this is made for htc but if you have succes to run it on another windows mobile based device please leave a comment here.

its free if you have unlimited internet at a monthly cost.
it cost money if you pay per minute or per mb.
