The popularity of
Firefox is not only restricted to computer and there is significant demand of
Firefox for mobile devices. Keeping this in mind
Mozilla had started a project code name “Fennec”.
Fennec is Firefox like browser for mobile phones and non pc based devices. Mozilla has already released Alpha version of
Fennec for OS2008 software platforms such as Nokia N810 Internet Tablets.
Currently Mozilla is ready with
first alpha version of fennec for Windows Mobile and HTC Touch Pro and planned to release by this week. However it seems
Fennec or Firefox Mozilla for mobile phones is already available for download and install on
Windows Mobile phones.
This is sort of
leaked version but not final version of Fennec for Windows Mobile. You can download and test on your windows mobile phone at your own risk. It may or may not work, or can simply
crash your Windows Mobile.
