Dear Mehragan,oh no wait,mehregan gian,That character is not fuuny at all,in fact he is a true monster. You should watch the movie called The Dark Knight and u'll get to know him the proper way
When i watched the movie i spent the following week suffering nightmares in which he had the leading role!
But there are great things that this character remindes me of
And also the actor who played the character won the academy award(Oscur) for his unbelievable performance
But he died before he can take home that award and so his family accepted the award on his behalf
