hi guys!
you probably know that it's Halloween in 2 days and I wanted to introduce you my special Halloween activity!!! maybe this subject is more appropriate in the Film section of the site but I wanted it to be in English so here we are!

The Nightmare Before Christmas is one of my favorite animations ever, and i watch it several times a year, but specially on Halloween night!!!
it's a masterpiece by Tim Burton and, like all his other works, it revolves around a Gothic or fantasy theme!
Nightmare before Christmas is the story of the people of Halloween town who count the days all year long waiting for just one, Halloween night!!! the most important figure in this town is Jack Skeleton who is also the scariest and the most successful in the Halloween night ceremony, but the problem is that he is bored with all the repetition in his life. he is looking for something new and he finds it in Christmas town!!!
but I'm not going to spoil the whole story for anyone who is interested to watch it for the first time this Halloween, so that's enough for summery!
one of the most amazing features of The Nightmare Before Christmas is the music tracks! just like most of the animations by Tim Burton, this one too can be counted as a musical, meaning that a large proportion of the dialogues is in the form of songs and music!
also the characterization is wonderful, because Burton has managed to use the common facts and characters known about the two holidays, and at the same time give them a new perspective, so we are able to see the cliches of our favorite holidays with new faces and characteristics.
I am going to Watch Nightmare before Christmas this Halloween, and I'd be really glad to share this experience with you guys!
